Breast Malignancy is most common cancer in urban population, early detection can be done with screening mammogram. Breast conservation surgery, Oncoplastic surgery and Sentinel lymph node mapping has improved the cosmetic outcome.


Genito Urinary Malignancy

It comprises of Kidney, Urinary bladder, Prostate, Penis and Testis.

Minimal invasive surgery has improved the outcome of radical prostatectomy. Nephron sparing surgery has replaced radical nephrectomy in suitable cases. Video endoscopic inguinal lymphadenectomy (VEIL) has reduced the morbidity of inguinal dissection.


Gynaec Malignancy

It includes ovary, uterus, cervix, vagina and vulvae. Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) has increase the survival in patients of carcinoma of ovary. Laparoscopic surgery has reduced the morbidity of open surgery in uterus and cervix cancer.
